The fracturing manifold includes the High- and Low-Pressure Combination Manifold, the Additive/Blender Manifold, and the Pump Discharge Manifold.
The fracturing manifold is the high-pressure manifold system used for oil well fracturing operations. High-pressure, high-rate pumps force fracturing fluid, which has a specific viscosity, through the fracturing manifold and inject it into the oil-bearing layer at the bottom of the well. This process creates fractures in the reservoir, resulting in enhanced oil well production.

High- and Low-Pressure Combination Manifold
The High- and Low-Pressure Combination Manifold is designed according to the process requirements of fracturing operations.
The fracturing fluid, after being thoroughly mixed by the blending truck or hydration unit , is first delivered to the low-pressure gathering line. It is then drawn in by the fracturing unit (or skid) , pressurized to high pressure, and subsequently gathered through the high-pressure manifold.
The High- and Low-Pressure Combination Manifold integrates the low-pressure gathering, low-pressure diversion, and high-pressure gathering manifolds. This integration satisfies the field operating requirements, saves site space for the manifold, and enables quick rigging up and rigging down (fast mobilization). |

Feeding manifold
During oil fracturing operations, the feeding process is conducted through a feeding manifold.
The equipment is fitted with low-torque plug valves, ensuring the valves can be opened and closed flexibly and quickly even when under pressure.
The entire system uses hammer union connections, which makes installation convenient, provides reliable sealing performance and high-pressure resistance, and ensures safe operation. |
